Skykitchen is a Michelin-starred restaurant at the Vienna House by Wyndham Andel’s Berlin. It presents an unpretentious, uncomplicated fine-dining experience. The kitchen is deliberately reduced yet profound. The chef’s inspiration is rooted in early experiences in his grandmother Erna’s garden, which shaped his appreciation for diversity, naturalness and passionate cooking. The restaurant holds a Michelin star awarded again in June 2025, marking its eleventh consecutive year of Michelin distinction. The dining room occupies the 12th floor and offers panoramic views across the city. Across 55 seats, velvety seating, vintage furniture, rough screed floors and elegant copper details create a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. The cuisine is modern, minimalist and ingredient-driven with an emphasis on seasonal, responsible produce. Dishes are composed to highlight clarity, texture and honest flavour without unnecessary embellishment, allowing each product to speak for itself and often enhanced by subtle nuances.
