Sushi Lounge opened in October 2024 as a dedicated sushi offering. The venue publishes a downloadable sushi menu and provides sushi to go for takeaway orders, including via WhatsApp. It stages curated sushi-and-wine pairing events in collaboration with Weingut Braunewell, offered as ticketed evenings listed at €85 per person for the advertised dates. The site notes Betriebsferien from 15 February 2026 through 9 March 2026 and that normal service resumes on 10 March 2026. Sushi Lounge is located within the FAVORITE Weinbar in Mainz. The space pairs a sushi counter and serving area with the bar’s surroundings. Site visuals present a contemporary, intimate winebar setting. The cuisine focuses on sushi and Japanese creations prepared by an on-site sushi master, with a clear emphasis on pairing sushi with wines.
