The Fenland Roaster

The Fenland Roaster is a Peterborough-based mobile caterer serving corporate and other events in Cambridgeshire and surrounding counties. Originally a hog-roast and barbecue specialist, it now offers a broader catering service for meetings, conferences, product launches and team lunches. Working-lunch options include finger-food buffets, hot or cold meat platters, pulled pork and barbecues, with salads and sides. Vegetarian dishes are also offered. The range extends to breakfasts, hot drinks, juices, fruit and pastries; disposable plates and cutlery are provided as standard.
