Utopie

Utopie is a modern, Michelin-selected restaurant run by Tristan and Camille. Tristan is an Alsaco‑Réunionnais cook and Camille is his Franco‑Swiss partner. The duo relocated their project from Strasbourg to the wine‑route village of Gueberschwihr. The house operates a gîte, the Gite d'Utopie, for overnight stays. They work exclusively with local artisans and market gardeners, building close producer relationships that form a sourcing and hospitality philosophy distinguishing the venue on the Route des Vins. The dining room is intimate. The space is small and curated within its village setting. The kitchen applies contemporary techniques to a concise, curiosity‑led tasting format. A single Menu de Curiosités presents a seven‑course tasting priced at €80 (TTC), excluding drinks. To accompany the sequence the house proposes wine‑pairing formulas covering two to seven glasses. The sommelier also crafts a non‑alcoholic pairing to complement a seasonally driven menu built around regional produce.
