Head chef Uwe Weber leads the kitchen and teaches hands-on cooking classes in which he cooks alongside participants across styles from good home cooking to elevated French cuisine and exotic dishes. Specialties include finger food for events, business lunch menus, weekday midday takeaway (Monday to Friday) and champagne receptions on the market terrace after civil ceremonies at the nearby Hugenottenkirche.
