Waldschlössle

Waldschlössle in Fellbach is a family-run restaurant owned by Annika and Manuel Braun, opened after a long planning period to realise their project of reviving the familial coziness of the Schwäbische Wirtschaft. It combines rooted regional recipes with locally sourced ingredients and emphasises seasonality and close collaborations with nearby producers, citing Schwäbischer Reis from Kartoffelhof Schmälzle and quince purée and preserved quince cubes from locally harvested fruit. The venue is recognised in the Guide MICHELIN Germany (Selected) and certified by the IHK Stuttgart as an official training company; it also operates as an event location for small conferences, workshops, weddings and private celebrations.
