- The Bergerie has been recently renovated (2022): its 7 bedrooms, distributed between the ground floor and the first floor, are spacious and the majority of them have en-suite bathrooms and reversible air conditioning; the Grand Salon (60m²), equipped with a fireplace, is ideally designed for seminars and professional meetings (equipped with a video projector and a large screen, it can accommodate more than thirty collaborators) alongside the Salon Passant (30m²) which offers about a dozen people the opportunity to work together or separately. The Petit Salon and the vaulted Salon also offer additional workspaces.

- The Bergerie de l'Étang (2017) can accommodate up to 10 people with its 5 bedrooms, all equipped with en-suite bathrooms and reversible air conditioning. On the ground floor, a vast Open Space invites a friendly collaboration.

- The Bergerie du Parc, its twin (2026) can accommodate an additional 8 people (4 double bedrooms, 4 en-suite bathrooms, reversible air conditioning and underfloor heating). On the ground floor, a vast Open Space invites a friendly collaboration.

The "Bergerie Neuve", nearby and more modern (2017), can accommodate up to 10 people with its 5 bedrooms, all equipped with private bathrooms and reversible air conditioning. A large open space on the ground floor invites friendly collaboration. For moments of relaxation, each house has a pool (12mx5m and 5mx3m) and shares private access to the pond, made available to residents.
