These two authentic family homes of 550m2 and 300m2 are set within a 9-hectare green haven. Each one located on the edge and at one end of the private lake. 400m apart, they are connected on foot by the property or by the small road that encircles it.

Former mill and flax oil factory, renovated in 2019 to feel "at home" and make a stay between colleagues successful, whether in the greenery by the water in spring and summer or by the great fireplaces in winter (firewood is provided).
