Basic 5-hour pack of security, access validation and access control; basic 5-hour pack of medical services and standard scenario. Includes:1.- Standard stage: In the location and size determined according to the Emergency and Self-Protection Plan. Measurements: 10m x 8m at 1.2m height, side fences and FOH structures.2.- Electrical connections: and a responsible electrical technician, cable covers for connections and certification.3.- Maintenance personnel: Maintenance personnel permanently in the room during 19 hours and in the facilities.&nbsp;4.- Security Device: The security device of both security guards and assistants during the concert. And Security Plan. Not including special requests from the artist, phenomenon fans, M&amp;G.5.- Access lanes: Those strictly necessary according to the Security Plan, as well as the lanes, assembly and disassembly, for the control and management of queues.6.- Cleaning: Personnel and material for pre-event cleaning, aftercare and post-event cleaning. Not included confetti or other actions that may generate more cleaning work in the room.Consumption: Electricity and water included // Air conditioning not included. At the sole discretion of the technical manager of the facility, the Promoter shall hire air conditioning services, not included in this budget, both in winter and summer, when the outside temperature requires it to safeguard the well-being of the spectators and the correct development of the show.8.- Medical services: Ambulances for advanced vital care, transfer, doctors and DUEs necessary to attend the event. Assembly and disassembly not included.9.- Event schedules and dismantling of the production.&nbsp;Entrance to the venue on the day of the event will be from 8.00am and departure at 3.00am the following day.&nbsp; NOTE: Security Services, Medical Services etc. are calculated for 5 hours basic devices (standard concert duration from door opening to evacuation; for more hours a quotation is required). Please note that all items related to Security, Access Control and Management of public access lanes are budgeted according to standard needs. If due to the health crisis of Covid.19 or similar, local or national authorities establish new measures, such cost -not included here- will be assumed by the Promoter, and developed by the Supplier to be referred by Palacio Vistalegre. NOT included:Other mandatory services not included (require budget according to event implementation and contracting):11.- Access control: MANDATORY D1N1 software (resident) for capacity control by validation and verification of tickets and/or invitations.12.- Certifications: Luis Sanchez Accountant.13-. Bar management: Palacio Vistalegre exclusively.14.- Insurance and bond. Notes:&nbsp;16.- Stage: 10m x 8m @ 1.2m height.Platform 6,21 x 2.07m @ 0,50m (6pmr)17.- Certifications: Approved report detailing all concert facilities and capacity and PRL.&nbsp;CIVIL LIABILITY INSURANCE: Civil Liability Policy for the coverage of risks that may affect spectators, non-professional participants and third parties during the celebration of the event. The PROMOTER must provide a copy of the policy and a valid receipt proving payment of the insurance. The minimum coverage in case of death shall be 150.254€ and up to an accumulated limit of 2.163.643,56€.

MICE CATERINGcomercial@micecatering.com&nbsp; OUR BUDGET INCLUDES❏ Gastronomy and drinks❏ All the necessary material for the presentation of the gastronomy and drinks❏ Assembly, disassembly and pick up the same day of the service❏ Transportation❏ Waiters, cooks and logistic service❏ Decoration:❏ Cocktail services: detail on candlesticks❏ Stations: decoration with fresh fruits and vegetables❏ Banquet services: standard centerpiece WILL BE ADDITIONALLY BILLED❏ Any variation in the number of people and times indicated in each service, may alter this budget.❏ If the time between contracted services is longer than 2 hours it may entail additional costs. COFFEE MATERIAL SUPPLEMENT:❏ Earthenware + glass: 4,50€ + VAT/person❏ Cardboard cup + glass: 3,00€ + VAT/person❏ OUTDOOR COFFEE TENT (according to the needs of the service): from 750€+VAT the unit DELAYS IN SCHEDULE MARKED BY THE CUSTOMER❏ If for reasons beyond MICE Catering's control it could not start at the agreed delivery time, the provision of the Room Service, MICE Catering admits, at no additional cost, and as a courtesy, to delay said time up to a maximum of thirty minutes.❏ Once the maximum time of Room Service has elapsed, established for the contracted service, if the client wishes to continue with the provision of the same, he/she will have to pay the expenses that may arise, both for the additional time of service, 33,75€+VAT/hour for each service person (waiters, cooks, logistic) and for those other expenses that may arise collateral to the same, such as increases in the consumption of drinks and food to the guests. VARIOUS❏ Services may be requested at least 10 working days in advance catering services with the confirmation of a minimum number of attendees, special menus, intolerances or allergies as well as any other relevant information for the development of the event.❏ In the menus for intolerant people, only the following intolerances are catered for: GLUTEN, MILK, SEAFOOD AND DRIED FRUIT.❏ Regarding allergies, our menus are not guaranteed to be free of traces. MICE Catering does not undertake to be able to provide without prior notice intolerances or allergies that have not been communicated.❏ MICE CATERING reserves the right to modify the contents of the same in the event that possible changes in market prices make it necessary.Modifications may be made as long as they are communicated at least 5 days prior to the celebration of the event, as long as the event is equal to or less than 300 attendees. For those events with a number higher than 300 pax, the change will be necessary with a minimum of 7 working days. In high season the deadline in both cases will be a minimum of 15 working days. MENU TESTSFrom services for a minimum of 200 people in cocktail and 150 in banquet in high season, and for 150 in cocktail the rest of the year, the menu tests will have no additional cost. In those cases where these requirements are not met, there will be an additional cost of 450 € + VAT.
