Villa São Paulo is a historic oceanfront villa located in São João do Estoril, Lisbon, Portugal. Built at the beginning of the 20th century, this estate offers expansive views of the Estoril Coast, including the coastline, ocean, cityscape, and its own landscaped gardens. The villa’s architecture blends Art Deco and contemporary styles, creating an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere with tall, light-filled rooms and classical design highlights.

The venue features both indoor and outdoor spaces, including a panoramic terrace and a bridal suite that provides ample space for wedding preparations. With 14 bedrooms available, the villa can accommodate up to 36 guests overnight, making it suitable for multi-day events. The villa is often chosen for weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, and product launches, offering a combination of historic charm and modern amenities.

Villa São Paulo allows clients to select catering from a provided list and permits guests to bring their own alcohol. Events can host up to 96 seated guests indoors and up to 150 seated or standing guests in outdoor tented areas.
