Ca n'Eduardo es un restaurante histórico en Palma de Mallorca, en funcionamiento desde hace más de 80 años, situado sobre el mercado de pescado de la ciudad, en el corazón del puerto pesquero y la Llotja des Peix. Ubicado en lo que llama el kilómetro cero para los productos locales, recibe pescado fresco directamente de las salas de subastas del Mediterráneo, especializándose en platos de arroz, mariscos frescos y pescado del mercado. La cocina sigue una filosofía tradicional y natural, centrándose en preservar los sabores originales y la frescura de los ingredientes de alta calidad obtenidos con una fuerte conexión al mar.
El restaurante ofrece un ambiente luminoso y elegante junto al mar, con vistas panorámicas de la Catedral de Palma, el puerto pesquero y la bahía. Sus amplios comedores, sala privada y terraza con vista al mar brindan ambientes versátiles para aperitivos, comidas al atardecer y eventos en las noches de verano. El chef Pedro Mesquida lidera la cocina, creando platos mediterráneos y mallorquines como paella, fideuà, bullit de peix y lubina horneada en sal. Ca n'Eduardo también acomoda a grupos y ocasiones especiales con menús personalizados que incluyen entrantes compartidos, lasaña de mariscos, solomillo, postres caseros y bebidas, respaldados por un personal atento y experimentado en la organización de celebraciones y comidas de negocios.
