La Palestra del Cibo

La Palestra del Cibo is a cooking and pastry school in central Torino, established in 2012 by chefs Sergio Maria Teutonico and Daniela Goffredo. Its air-conditioned, 300 m² premises host amateur classes, professional training and company events. Corporate cooking sessions are hands-on: colleagues can prepare recipes, take on team cooking challenges or work around a chosen theme. Each participant has a workstation suited to the session, with guidance from chef trainers. Activities are offered in Italian or English and can be tailored with company-branded learning materials and aprons. The school also describes modern kitchen equipment and Wi-Fi throughout its premises.
