QIDO Massage assis en entreprise

Based in Lyon, QIDO brings workplace wellbeing activities to companies through seated Amma massage and Do-In self-massage workshops. Founded by practitioner and trainer Cathy Bardin, it draws on more than ten years of experience delivering massage in professional settings. Amma sessions take place on a purpose-designed chair and last 15, 20 or 30 minutes. Participants remain clothed, no oil is used, and the practitioner brings the necessary equipment. A few square metres in a meeting room, spare office or relaxation area are enough. Companies can arrange a one-off intervention for a workplace wellbeing day, corporate event or seminar, or schedule regular sessions. Do-In workshops introduce employees to self-massage techniques.
