Ristorante Miky is a family-run establishment located in Monterosso al Mare, in the heart of the Cinque Terre, Liguria. Founded in 1980 by Michele and Simonetta, the restaurant showcases authentic flavors of the region through its dedication to tradition and quality. Since 1990, Miky has been listed in the Michelin Guide and recognized by prominent industry publications. Today, the legacy continues under the stewardship of their daughter Sara and her husband Boris, who collaborates in sourcing premium local ingredients and crafting innovative dishes. The kitchen focuses on Ligurian cuisine rooted in fresh, zero-kilometer seafood and seasonal produce. Handmade pastas, including spaghetti alla chitarra and stuffed varieties, feature prominently alongside signature dishes such as the Acciugata alla Monterossina—house-made pasta with fresh anchovies, capers, Taggiasca olives, pine nuts, and wrapped in thin bread dough. Miky maintains strong environmental practices, emphasizing sustainability and biodiversity. Simonetta and Sara welcome guests in a warm, familial setting, complemented by a wine list of approximately 250 labels highlighting local and national producers.
