Restaurante Europa, established in 1977 by the Idoate family, is centrally located near Plaza del Castillo in Pamplona. Led by Chef Pilar Idoate, the kitchen offers a refined and seasonal menu blending traditional Navarra roots with avant-garde touches. The restaurant highlights local ingredients such as seafood, Iberian pork, and vegetables through dishes like tagliatelle with mushrooms and foie, lobster salad with soy and truffle vinaigrette, and slow-cooked suckling pig with sweet potato purée. Europa holds a Michelin star since 1993 and has earned two Repsol Suns, reflecting its dedication to culinary excellence.
