Under the direction of Chef Gustavo Ficoseco, trained at Lyon Culinary Art School (Paul Bocuse), the kitchen marries classic Basque recipes with modern techniques. The menu highlights fresh, seasonal ingredients and balanced flavors, offering specialties such as creamy mushroom rice, duck breast with plums, and cheesecake with blueberries. The dining room accommodates 55 guests in a warm, quiet setting that suits families and groups of friends. The venue is accessible for persons with reduced mobility and maintains a calm atmosphere by not admitting children under 12 during evening service.
