IMPERIAL is a fine dining restaurant in the heart of Nuremberg, founded by chefs Alexander Herrmann and Michi Seitz. The restaurant features a concept that can be described as fine dining at eye level between Franconia and the world, combining cosmopolitan ideas with an urban flair and a style that embraces contrasts. The cuisine unites the best regional ingredients with global flavors, inspired by key cities across various continents, while remaining deeply rooted in Franconian tradition. Guests can choose from three different menu moods tailored to various occasions. Herrmann's Eleven presents 11 reinterpreted Franconian hometown dishes in refined form. Celebration Mood offers 15 fine dining highlights in tapas form, served in three sharing rounds for at least two people. Glamour Mood showcases premium products such as Black Angus, lobster, and caviar, presented on a large plate as sparkling, product-driven soul food. Housed in a historic villa from the year 1900, the high ceilings, stucco, columns, and open kitchen create an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere.
