KABUFF is a small bistro in Graz’s Lendviertel built on a clear sourdough concept of seasonal, vegetable‑forward dishes. The kitchen collaborates with selected regional producers, sourcing many vegetables and herbs from a small on‑site allotment and local organic farms. Chef de Cuisine Eva, after stations at Mühltalhof (Philip Rachinger), the Bayerischer Hof in Munich (Christian Hümbs) and Coda in Berlin (Rene Frank and Julia Leitner), leads the menu. KABUFF offers private multi‑course shared celebrations for small groups and sells gift vouchers and support packages through its site. The restaurant is recognised in the Michelin Guide as SELECTED for its creative, modern cuisine and strong focus on sourdough, seasonal produce and natural wines. The space is openly designed with no separation between kitchen and dining, creating an intimate, communal vibe scented by freshly baked sourdough. Outdoor seating includes a wooden bench and stools within a casual, design‑conscious interior. The cooking is vegetable‑led, seasonal and meant for sharing, with plates presented to the middle of the table.
