Knife/House is a private residence located in the Warm Sands neighborhood of Palm Springs, California. The property features panoramic mountain views, lush landscaping, mature fruit trees, and tall perimeter hedges that provide complete privacy. The ambiance combines natural surroundings with an upscale residential setting, making it suitable for a range of private events and gatherings. The Entire Venue accommodates up to 130 standing guests, up to 100 seated in cabaret configuration, or up to 80 for dining. The open floor plan includes two full kitchens and indoor dining for twelve. Outdoors, guests have access to three separate dining areas, a saltwater pool, an in-ground spa, a fire pit, and a chess court. The property offers unimpeded sunset views of the Palm Springs mountains. The space is available for hire from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm with a minimum booking of 10 hours, and permits external catering, BYO alcohol, and the use of a personal music playlist or DJ.
