La Gioconda

Ristorante La Gioconda is set in the 17th-century stone cellars of Palazzo Brancuti, nestled in the historic heart of Montefeltro, Cagli. The venue features three intimate dining rooms below street level, furnished with modern decor and enhanced by soft lighting, creating an atmosphere suited for romantic dinners or business meetings. In summer, guests can dine outdoors under the stars in the charming village setting. The kitchen offers contemporary Marche cuisine that evolves with the seasons, focusing on fresh, high-quality local and regional ingredients. Signature dishes include homemade bread, Rasagnolo pasta, expertly prepared meats, cod specialties, truffle-infused plates, vegetable creations, and inventive desserts. All are crafted with innovative techniques that highlight flavor and digestibility. Chef Gabriele Giacomucci, born in Cagli and trained at a hospitality institute, has led the kitchen since the restaurant's opening in 2006. He draws on early experience in top Acqualagna restaurants, the truffle capital, to blend regional tradition with modern culinary artistry.
