Ling Ling Mexico City is a gastronomic concept from Hakkasan located on the 56th floor of Chapultepec Uno, a 58-storey skyscraper in the historic Reforma district. Situated above The Ritz-Carlton and near iconic landmarks such as the Diana Cazadora Fountain and the Angel of Independence, it offers dramatic 360-degree views and sunset panoramas from more than 230 metres above the city. The restaurant provides a multisensory experience with an elegant dining room featuring a stereotomic interior, a lush outdoor terrace filled with greenery, and a triple-height glass atrium that enhances the spectacular ambiance. A sushi bar allows guests to engage closely in the culinary process, while an eclectic soundtrack of electronic and pop music energises the atmosphere from drinks to dining and dancing. The menu focuses on shareable dishes inspired by Asian cuisine that reinterpret Japan's izakaya culture, merging Japanese small plates, Cantonese flavours, and crafted cocktails. Signature dishes include miso-glazed seabass, and the venue offers a progressive experience from day to night with options for lunch and dinner. Ling Ling Mexico City won the Diners' Choice Award from OpenTable in 2022.
