Marly Privé

Marly Privé is the relocated, much smaller incarnation of Restaurant Marly in Mannheim. The site presents the motto “La bonne cuisine est la base du véritable bonheur” and the tagline “Fresh French delicacies done right.” Marly Privé is listed as a Michelin Guide "SELECTED" establishment. The space is very small and intimate, configured as a private dining room with twelve individually bookable seats. The combination of the chef’s high-end experience and the twelve-seat private format is presented as what makes it unique. The cooking focuses on fresh French delicacies presented with international influences. Gregor Ruppenthal (Owner) leads the venue; he is a francophile and music enthusiast from Bad Dürkheim. His culinary career began at the Deidesheimer Hof and included positions at Lucas Carton (***, Paris), Al Portone (*, Lugano) and La Grenouillière (**). Ruppenthal also owns Restaurant Marly, the bistro Comptoir 17 and the bar Côté Comptoir, all on Lameystr. 17 in Mannheim.
