Maxens

Maxens presents composed, structured set menus that vary by day and according to the chef's inspiration; some run at weekday lunches and evenings, others on weekends. Several set menus are fully decomposable to match the diner's appetite. The restaurant offers optional wine-pairing forfaits for each menu at set supplementary prices and requests that guests advise the kitchen of allergies so menus can be adapted.
