Restaurant Shiraz is a Michelin-starred fine-dining restaurant in Wuppertal. Under owner and host Serkan Akgün the house moved in January 2025 to Einern 120. It retails selected wines, cheese and vacuum-packed Japanese Wagyu for takeaway. An intimate, small-seated dining room offers a fine-dining setting. Service focuses on attentive hosting and a refined, personal dining experience. Cuisine is creative and contemporary, blending global flavours and storytelling into modern composed dishes. The house emphasises high-quality products, clear decisions and a respectful, hospitality-driven approach. The kitchen team is led by Küchenchef Reyad Danah. His cooking is influenced by Syrian roots and personal history. The house presents the Genussreise, a structured multi-course tasting menu that begins with aperos and an amuse-bouche and concludes with petit fours. Specialties include a risotto with mushrooms and dates, Sylter Weißbrot with exclusive butter, and curated add-ons from Miyazaki A5 Wagyu and Nia caviar to a corresponding wine pairing. The restaurant notes limited ability to accommodate certain intolerances, provides vegetarian alternatives only in part, and does not offer vegan cuisine.
