Shirley-Eustis House

Shirley-Eustis House is a historic property situated in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston, MA. The venue combines preserved historic architecture with maintained grounds, offering a distinctive urban setting for weddings, receptions, corporate events, filming, and photoshoots. The West Lawn is an outdoor garden space accommodating up to 150 standing guests or 100 seated. Surrounded by mature trees and heirloom plantings, it is suited for wedding ceremonies, open-air receptions, outdoor photoshoots, and film productions. The Carriage House is an indoor event space featuring wooden walls, string lights, and a vintage aesthetic. It accommodates up to 120 standing guests or 90 seated, making it well suited for wedding receptions, private dinners, and celebrations. During warmer months, barn doors on either side of the building can be opened to extend the event outdoors. All rentals of the Carriage House include access to the grounds and orchard. Please note that the Carriage House has no heating and is not available during winter months. The Mansion occupies the first floor of the historic house itself, comprising three distinct spaces as well as a basement kitchenette and two restrooms. Featuring natural light, tall windows, and ornate period details, it accommodates up to 80 standing guests or 45 seated. It is suited for wedding receptions, family reunions, tea parties, and corporate gatherings. The venue does not provide in-house catering but welcomes external caterers, and BYO alcohol is permitted.
