Spazio Fase

Spazio Fase is a unique place where industrial heritage meets contemporary design, transforming into a large urban regeneration project. Located just a few minutes from Bergamo, it spans over 33,000 square meters of indoor space and 12,000 square meters of squares and outdoor areas, distributed over three floors. The refurbishment has managed to preserve the original soul of the building, removing the additions from the 1960s and 1970s to restore its architectural authenticity and open it up to the city through new squares, green areas, and public spaces dedicated to sociality and culture.

Inside, Spazio Fase is divided into different zones with distinct characteristics and atmospheres, allowing great flexibility of use. The Colonnato Bianco, with its 3,500 square meters and a usable height of 4.5 meters, is one of the most representative environments and is equipped with facilities such as basic lighting, a freight elevator, restrooms, and internal parking. Adjacent to it are spaces with different and complementary charm — such as the Carroponte, the Terrazza, the Grotte, the Stecca, the Lunga, the Grottini, the Colonnato Rosso, the outdoor Piazze, and the covered Piazza — which provide the opportunity to create ever-new and personalized scenarios. The architecture, with its Liberty references, reclaimed industrial volumes, and scenic details, gives the complex a suggestive and highly photogenic atmosphere.
