Stella's Venue

Stella's Venue is a full-service event venue located in the Butchertown neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky. Comprising two distinct private spaces, it is designed to accommodate a wide range of occasions, from intimate ceremonies and corporate meetings to large-scale celebrations and ticketed events. The venue holds an alcohol licence and permits guests to bring external caterers at no buyout fee, with kitchen facilities available on site. Guests may also play their own music or bring a DJ, with no noise restrictions enforced. The Pearl Room is the venue's largest space, spanning approximately 4,600 square feet. It accommodates up to 200 guests standing or 160 seated. Decorated in soft, neutral tones with subtle pearlescent details, the space creates a warm and inviting atmosphere suited to elegant dinners, cocktail parties, intimate ceremonies, and corporate gatherings. The Onyx Room spans approximately 2,000 square feet and accommodates up to 125 guests standing or 100 in a theatre or classroom setup. Rich, deep tones and polished finishes give the space a striking presence, making it well suited to evening celebrations, receptions, private parties, and creative corporate events. Its open floor plan can be configured to suit a variety of event styles, from lounge-style gatherings to formal seated dinners.
