The venue is a modern event complex in Oldenburg, Germany, and part of the Weser-Ems-Hallen event center. It offers a variety of modular rooms designed for a wide range of corporate events, including meetings, general meetings, congresses, exhibitions, sporting events, concerts, and banquets. The complex includes several halls, such as the exhibition hall with an area of 5400 m², the large EWE Arena with 2814 m², the small EWE Arena, as well as additional areas like the foyer of the large EWE Arena, the VIP area, and the lounge clubs. Capacities vary depending on the room; the exhibition hall can accommodate up to 8000 guests in cocktail format and 5118 in theater style, while the large EWE Arena can host 2714 participants in a theater layout. The small EWE Arena offers space for up to 4000 people. The venue is equipped with state-of-the-art technical infrastructure, including dimmable halogen and HQI exhibition lighting, ceiling speakers, variable hanging points for lifting equipment, telephone installations, and power connections of up to 315A.
