Ai Burattini takes its name from the marionette shows once held in the courtyard now hosting its veranda, reflecting a deep connection to local tradition and history. The restaurant’s interior centers around a large Sarnico stone fireplace, creating a warm and intimate atmosphere complemented by a spacious outdoor courtyard. Chef Gianmarco Bellini leads the kitchen, crafting homemade fresh pasta daily, including ravioli, casoncelli, gnocchi, and foiade. The menu highlights traditional Lombard cuisine made with Slow Food certified ingredients such as Piedmontese scottona beef and regional cheeses and flours. Guests can explore a notable wine cellar with approximately one hundred labels from Valcalepio, Franciacorta, and other renowned Italian wine regions, accessible through the Sala Camino room.
