Ambivium

Ambivium is a Michelin one-star restaurant situated within the Pago de Carraovejas winery in Peñafiel, Spain. Founded in 2017 by Pedro Ruiz Aragoneses, CEO of Alma Carraovejas, it offers a culinary homage to wine and gastronomy through a combination of Castilian traditional preservation methods and innovative techniques developed via in-house research.
