Casa Camperio, located in central Milan, opened in January 2024 under the vision of Andrea and Stefano Lascatti Busato. The restaurant combines contemporary Italian and Japanese cuisines, presenting seasonal, creatively prepared dishes that highlight Milanese roots while embracing innovation. Executive Chef Roberto Conti, drawing from extensive international experience, crafts a menu focused on sharing plates and immersive food and cocktail pairings. The interior features elegant vintage American furniture from the 1950s and 1960s, with a bright main dining room and open kitchen. Additional spaces include a cozy bar room where cocktail mixology and cuisine converge, a private room adorned with vintage design pieces for exclusive events, and a tranquil garden oasis offering a restful retreat from the city. Signature offerings include a ten-course Italian-Japanese tasting menu, a Prix Fixe lunch with two courses at €35, sashimi selections, yakitori, grilled Wagyu A5 and ventresca, Lobster Peking style, Milanese-style veal, garlic oil and chili risotto, and Italian-style ramen. Andrea Lascatti Busato leads the cocktail bar, developing drinks to perfectly complement the cuisine. Casa Camperio also hosts private events, making it a notable cultural and gastronomic destination in Milan.
