Deschevaliers is the gourmet restaurant of de Bonart Naples, Curio Collection by Hilton, conceived as a fusion of art, culture, and local identity. Its name draws inspiration from the 'Totem' artwork by renowned Neapolitan artist Sergio Fermariello, displayed in the hotel lobby and symbolizing knights, travel, and exploration. Fermariello also crafted the restaurant’s logo, embodying strength and the spirit of search that mirrors the culinary journey offered. Guided by consultant chef Nino Di Costanzo’s philosophy, Deschevaliers interprets Campanian tradition through the lens of personal memories and values, transforming them into dishes rich in local expression. Resident chef Antonio Autiero applies his experience from Michelin-starred kitchens to balance tradition with innovation. His approach emphasizes ingredient integrity, detail, and harmony, aiming to create an intimate and authentic experience.
