Le Grenier

Le Grenier has been a gastronomic fixture in Saint-Vincent for over thirty years, marrying modernity with tradition through meticulously crafted dishes. Since 2005, chefs Stefano and Bruno Mazzotti have led the kitchen, selecting seasonal ingredients and overseeing pastry and bread-making. Their cuisine draws inspiration from the Aosta Valley’s heritage while embracing global flavors, offering guests gourmet reinterpretations of local classics alongside innovative creations. Set within a former granary, the elegant dining rooms blend rustic Valdostanese architecture with refined décor, combining wood mezzanines, vaulted ceilings, stone, copper, and wheat elements. A large copper fireplace forms a warm focal point, enhancing the romantic and intimate atmosphere. Le Grenier also hosts a variety of events, emphasizing the harmony of place and cuisine to create memorable experiences.
