O Balado – Casa Labrega is a restaurant founded by Marta and Roberto, who bring nearly twenty years of hospitality experience to their personal project. Situated on a 7000m2 estate, the venue features an organic garden with 800 plants that supply much of the produce used in their kitchen. Their culinary approach blends traditional and contemporary techniques, centered around a wood-fired oven that serves as the emotional and physical heart of the dining room. The restaurant offers a tranquil setting where guests can enjoy a soulful cuisine focused on raw, high-quality ingredients that reflect a deep respect for nature. The dining space accommodates up to 16 people and includes a terrace and parking.
