Osteria La Sangiovesa is situated in the historic Palazzo Nadiani in Santarcangelo di Romagna. The venue offers a warm and intimate atmosphere through its interconnected rooms and evocative cave spaces, infusing the dining experience with a strong sense of local art, culture, and tradition. The cuisine showcases traditional Romagnol recipes, emphasizing seasonal ingredients sourced from its own Tenuta Saiano farm and trusted local producers. Dishes such as handmade Piadina de La Sangiovesa, Tagliatelle with traditional ragù, and Lasagne verdi al forno with béchamel reflect a maternal style focused on authentic flavors and meticulous preparation. Chef Massimiliano Mussoni leads the kitchen, highlighting specialties like Gnocchi di ricotta with Parmigiano Reggiano, asparagus and truffle, as well as grilled meats including sausage and Porcaccia pork loin from the estate’s produce. The menu also features traditional Romagna desserts crafted by Andrea Marconi.
