Qafiz is a Michelin-starred restaurant in Santa Cristina d'Aspromonte, Italy, founded in 2016 by Chef Nino Rossi. The kitchen draws its inspiration from the wild Aspromonte landscape, using spontaneous herbs and diverse local flora to reflect the region’s rich biodiversity. Chef Rossi combines a self-taught culinary path with deep respect for Calabrian traditions, personally foraging alongside experts to source unique local ingredients. The restaurant offers an intimate Chef’s Table experience where guests engage directly with the culinary process, dining amid the natural backdrop of Aspromonte.
