Versátil, located in Zarza de Granadilla, Spain, holds a Michelin star and offers a contemporary take on Extremadura’s culinary heritage. The restaurant features two distinct dining areas: El Salón, an elegant and tranquil space where guests enjoy meticulously crafted tasting menus, and La Bodega, a lively room that combines a casual à la carte experience with an art gallery displaying works by local emerging artists. Chef Álex Hernández Talaván, trained in Salamanca and experienced in prestigious kitchens such as Martín Berasategui’s, leads the kitchen with a focus on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients from Extremadura.
