The East Angel

The East Angel is a multi-space event venue situated in the Boyle Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles. The property combines a spacious indoor environment with an outdoor setting, offering several distinct private spaces that can be booked individually or together for a wide range of events, including weddings, birthday celebrations, corporate gatherings, and private parties. The Main Floor is the venue's flagship indoor space, featuring skylights, exposed beams, and an open-plan layout accommodating up to 80 seated or 80 standing guests. It is well-suited for weddings, birthday parties, photoshoots, and social gatherings. The Outdoor Area is an open-air space adorned with artificial turf, white folding chairs, and string lights, accommodating up to 80 guests seated or 70 standing. It is particularly suited to garden parties, weddings, and al fresco receptions. The Bar is a private, intimate space featuring a geometric white counter, black stools, and greenery accents. It accommodates up to 30 seated or 50 standing guests and is well-suited for cocktail receptions and smaller gatherings. The Foyer is a compact space with an abundance of natural light, accommodating up to 8 seated or 15 standing guests, suited for intimate private events. For larger-scale events, the Entire Venue can be booked in full, accommodating up to 200 guests across approximately 8,500 square feet of indoor space and a 2,200-square-foot outdoor area. External catering is welcome across all spaces, and both BYO alcohol and in-house drinks packages are available. The venue holds an alcohol licence until 11:00 pm.
