❏ All the necessary material for the presentation of gastronomy and
beverage.
❏ Coffee services are served in 100% sustainable materials
❏ Furniture:
● Cocktail service: includes 1 cocktail table for every 25 people.
● Banquet service: Includes 1 table every 10 people.
❏ Assembly, disassembly and pick-up of the standard service, contemplate a minimum of 2 hours
❏ Transportation within the community of Madrid.
❏ Service of waiters, cooks and logisticians.
❏ Decoration:
Cocktail services: detail on candlesticks
Stations: decoration with fresh fruits and vegetables
Banquet services: standard centerpiece
ADDITIONAL BILLING
❏ Services of less than 100 people:
● Coffee and Spanish wine: €200 + VAT
● Cocktail: 300€ + VAT

❏ Any variation in the number of people and times indicated in
each service, may alter this budget.
❏ If the time between the contracted services is longer than 2 hours
may entail additional costs.
❏ Modify material in coffee service for glass and chinaware: 2,50
€+VAT/Person
❏ OUTDOOR KITCHEN TENT (according to service needs):
❏ 1 tent: 500€+VAT
❏ 2 tents: 700€ + VAT
❏ If the assembly could not be done the same day of the service, and the
collection at the end of the service, it may involve additional costs
