Lumbre is located in the Art District of San José del Cabo, within a renovated 60s warehouse that combines a modern and industrial design full of life with furniture and grills crafted by local artisans. The dining area on the ground floor blends a vibrant energy with a relaxed atmosphere, while a lounge bar on the upper floor offers a cosmopolitan contrast, designed for special events and memorable nights. The restaurant specializes in Mexican cuisine prepared using fire-based techniques, utilizing a wood grill, an antique wood stove, and a brick oven. Its menu highlights simple yet moving dishes made exclusively with local ingredients from Baja Sur, sourced from fishermen, ranchers, and farmers.
