Your event is set up on the Naboo Platform. Naboo automatically calculates card limits based on the approved Purchase Order and cash balance.
Once internal finance checks are approved, a dedicated virtual card is issued for each venue partner with strict balance caps.
The hotel or seminar host logs into their Naboo Host Space, completes secure 2-Factor OTP verification, and views card details in an encrypted view.
The partner charges their existing payment terminal (TPE) just like a standard credit card. Naboo automatically reconciles the transaction against the event budget.
