The agency Erlebnisraum is a nationwide event service provider headquartered in Saarbrücken. Founded in 2002, the company employs 14 full-time staff as well as a number of freelance workers and organizes approximately 600 corporate events and numerous public events annually, with a total of over 25,000 participants.

The agency's core competence lies in the conception, planning, and execution of public and corporate events, as well as tailored team-building measures. Unlike many traditional event agencies, Erlebnisraum carries out most of its services with its own dedicated team of employees.

This allows events to be implemented creatively, flexibly, and with a consistently high standard of quality. This expertise is complemented by a network of extraordinary event locations and long-standing cooperation partners developed over many years throughout Germany.

The service portfolio includes individual corporate events, incentives, and interactive team-building programs that specifically promote collaboration, communication, and team spirit.

The offerings include, among others, Criminal Dinners, GPS adventures, mobile escape rooms, medieval tournaments, Western parties, as well as numerous other themed events and creative experience formats. All programs can be customized to meet the specific requirements and goals of each client.

Additionally, the agency can take over the complete organizational handling of an event upon request, including logistical services such as bus transfers, drinks and catering service, as well as other event services.

In 2012, the agency opened the Victorian Tearoom & Pub "Baker Street" in Saarbrücken, which attracted guests from all over Germany due to its extraordinary atmosphere and British specialties, and was also used as an event location. Since 2018, the agency and the Baker Street have been located in the historic building "Zum Hirsch", which has served as its own event venue and rental location since 2019 after extensive core renovation.

The client base of the agency Erlebnisraum includes companies from various industries and sizes. The events range from exclusive gatherings with about 15 participants to large events with up to 1,500 guests. Additionally, the agency regularly organizes public experience formats such as experience dinners, variety shows, and themed parties.
