Since May 2013 Au Bistronome has operated a grill concept in La Ferté-Bernard, Sarthe, offering seasonal, healthy cooking. Recognised by the Michelin Guide since 2016, the restaurant has made certain dishes essential, such as Breton lobster ravioli and chimney-grilled veal sweetbreads. Au Bistronome offers traiteur services and corporate meal trays, works with several notable local venues, and allows year‑round privatisation by arrangement.
