L’Auberge du Moulin à Vent

The Auberge du Moulin à Vent is a family-run hotel-restaurant located in Manou, in the Perche region of France. Nestled between the forest and lush countryside, it offers a timeless retreat in nature. Founded in 1980 by the parents of Mikaël Santarromana, the property has become a well-known institution in Eure-et-Loir. Since 2011, Mikaël and his wife Marie have taken over and completely renovated the hotel, the restaurant, and the equestrian facilities, thus continuing the family legacy. The restaurant features a bistronomic menu served in a dining room or on a terrace with a full natural view, accommodating 50 guests. Its culinary identity is based on entirely homemade cuisine made from fresh, seasonal ingredients. Chef Mickaël Santarromana prepares traditional dishes designed to awaken the taste buds, as well as iconic homemade desserts. The venue is suitable for intimate lunches, family gatherings, and business meetings.
