BRLO BRWHOUSE

BRLO BRWHOUSE is a brewery and restaurant located at Gleisdreieck in Berlin, combining gastronomy, beer culture, events, and architecture all in one place. The venue offers a seasonal menu selection with small dishes throughout the year, with highlights changing multiple times a year. On Sundays, the concept transforms into the BRLO Chicken & Beer Sunday Pop-Up, featuring smoked Kikok corn-fed chicken, buttermilk fried chicken in potato buns, and a vegetarian alternative with crispy fried cauliflower. Since 2017, guests can participate in public brewery tours in the showcase brewery, gaining insights into beer production and the world of BRLO. The building itself is made up of 38 used shipping containers sourced from around the world and was designed by GRAFT Architects, with the interior design by NOVONO Interior Design. Conceived as a mobile, temporary structure, it features large glass areas and a two-story layout that combines modern aesthetics with coziness through massive wooden tables and views of Gleisdreieck Park, the elevated subway bridge, and passing trains. The venue is LGBTQIA+-friendly, accessible, dog-friendly, and places an emphasis on vegetables in its kitchen. In addition to regular restaurant operations, it organizes events such as pub quizzes, brewery tours, winter curling in the style of ice stock sport, and private celebrations, including corporate parties and birthday parties.
