Chemins designs and orchestrates itinerant corporate seminars, conceived as genuine collective breathing times, cohesion, and reflection for teams.

Rather than a single location, Chemins is a custom experience creation activity, relying on a meticulous selection of authentic venues, ranging from rustic to chic, always off the beaten path: characterful guest houses, committed accommodations, inspiring third places, estates in nature, or confidential locations rooted in their territory.

Chemins seminars take place in a gentle journey, primarily by electric-assisted bicycles, used as a tool for the collective: it creates a common rhythm, encourages informal exchanges, fosters cohesion, and offers an accessible experience for various profiles. The bicycle is never an end in itself, but a simple and effective means to step outside the usual framework and let teams breathe.

Each project is co-constructed with the company, incorporating:

1. its objectives (cohesion, alignment, engagement, inspiration),
2. its organizational constraints,
3. and the desired level of intensity (physical, intellectual, emotional).

The experiences alternate between gentle travel times, structuring collective moments, meetings with inspiring local actors (entrepreneurs, artisans, transition initiatives), rejuvenating free time, and, if desired, collective intelligence or strategic reflection workshops led by experienced facilitators (for example, Convergences workshop, Color Disc, 2tonnes, Lego Serious Play®).

Chemins primarily targets SMEs, mid-sized companies, and large groups, especially in the industrial and service sectors, tech, innovation, consulting, or distributed/remote organizations, seeking:

1. a differentiating seminar,
2. that reinforces team cohesion,
3. without logistical complexity for organizing teams.

All seminars are designed to be turnkey, accessible by train, with a strong focus on the quality of the venues and facilitators, the experience of participants, and the territorial anchoring.
