Chez Poloch

Chez Poloch is a Provençal food truck based in Cassis, led by a chef with 18 years of experience. Its cuisine highlights fresh, local and seasonal ingredients through specialities including homemade aïoli, beef-cheek daube, calamari in Armorican sauce, parsley supions, house tartares and ceviches, as well as spit-roasted lamb and suckling pig. Designed for mobile event catering, the food truck travels to private homes and reception venues throughout the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region, including Marseille, Cassis, Aix-en-Provence and the Var. It caters for weddings, birthdays, corporate seminars, christenings, regional fairs, food festivals and Provençal markets, with formats suited to both intimate gatherings and larger events.
