Dattilo is a one-Michelin-star restaurant situated in Strongoli, Calabria, within the family-owned Ceraudo estate, established in 1973. It occupies a 17th-century rural farmhouse that once served as an olive oil mill. The surrounding vineyards, olive groves, citrus orchards, and vegetable gardens provide fresh, organic produce directly cultivated for the kitchen. Cuisine at Dattilo reflects a terroir-driven philosophy that respects the origin of local ingredients.
