Fezi

Fezi presents a modern, healthy and seasonal cuisine that explores the territory between land and sea and is anchored as a neighbourhood restaurant in Rennes. Its menu evolves with produce from local markets and the team’s seasonal inspirations to reflect the flavours of the region. The team positions the kitchen as a relay for local producers, and the restaurant is recognised by the Michelin Guide as "Cuisine moderne" with a Bib Gourmand distinction. Fezi will relocate to 2 rue des Carmes in Rennes, opening in early April 2026; the current site at 42 avenue Sergent Maginot remains open during the move. The dining room offers a simple, warm, unpretentious and welcoming neighbourhood atmosphere that the team describes as familiar and cosy. The team commits to preserving the same philosophy in the new space. In the kitchen, dishes are adapted to market produce and the cooking prioritises ingredients from local producers working in reasoned or organic agriculture. Sourcing favours short supply chains and is carried out with respect for soils and animals.
