The space features several inviting ambiances, including a sunny terrace available during the pedestrian season, from mid-April to mid-October, enhancing its appeal as a local lifestyle destination. Guindaille's cuisine offers high-quality bistro-style dining at lunch, evolving into generous sharing plates in the evening. The menu changes weekly, showcasing creative and original dishes alongside a strong cocktail programme. Customers can choose from vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, reflecting the kitchen's commitment to inclusivity. Head chef Thibaud leads a passionate and dedicated team focused on the quality of the dining experience. Founders Emrick and Camille transformed the former U.Ni location into this warm and welcoming space after two months of renovation, emphasizing hospitality and relaxed service.
